With stunning vistas and hidden away amidst virgin forests, the place is exactly what the name says.
You won’t get conventional electricity and water supply and you can bid adieu to the internet and phone connections. But don’t panic. This highly self sufficient farmhouse provides solar powered light, sourced water from a waterfall and grows its own food. You can claim tribal hamlets as neighbours. This is nature at its rawest so you can perfectly be at home by letting out a little bit of the real you.
Escape to Off the Grid
Unwind
Explore hidden waterfalls and wildlife. Swim in one of the deserted pools and try to spot animals in the thick vegetation. Trek all over, in and around the lush forest, or walk around on deserted village roads with just silence for company.
Sleep
Lounge about in relative luxury in a large teepee with a private sitting area and attached bathrooms. Or you could also go for one of the 2 stream side cabins with private decks or pick one of rooftop rooms that are spacious enough to host a family.
Savour
Gorge on Indian, South East Asian and Continental fare made with fresher-than-fresh vegetables straight off the farm, homemade breads and oven-fired pizzas.
Pay
Rs 3250 per night, per person, inclusive of food, one trek & a visit to a nearby waterfall. Drinks, snacks and other excursions charged separately.
Reach
Off the Grid is located at a place that sounds straight from a fairy tale – Castle Rock, near the Goa-Karnataka border. Getting in from other places is also feasible as the meeting point is Londa junction from where a pickup can be arranged. Pick up can be arranged at extra cost.
T&C
- Off the Grid have a 24 hour check in and check out policy. If you stay on after check out time, meals will be charged at extra cost. In the event of an early morning check in and a late evening departure the next day half the tariff price inclusive of 2 meals will be charged.
